We are a dynamically growing vacation rental management company, offering a flexible and rewarding program for anyone who refers a new property owner to us. If you know someone who owns an apartment, house, or vacation home suitable for short-term rentals, you can benefit quickly and easily—no need to be our client.

2. Refer a Friend – Earn up to €500 from a Single Referral!
Do you know someone who owns a property and wants to increase their income without handling the management? SwiftyStay is here to provide full professional support—and you get rewarded for your referral!

What you earn:

• €100 for each bedroom in villas

• €50 for each bedroom in apartments

• Maximum reward of €500 per property

Alternatively, you can receive a permanent discount of up to 20% for stays at any of our properties, all year round!

Not a SwiftyStay client? No problem! The program is open to everyone!

3. How It Works – Fast, Simple, Profitable
Fill in your details and the details of the property owner you wish to recommend. The SwiftyStay team will immediately contact them to present the benefits of our partnership and how we can maximize their property’s revenue.

If the owner joins our network, you will receive an immediate reward based on the size of the property—simple and straightforward!

4. “Refer a Friend” Program Terms & Conditions
A referral is considered successful when the recommended property owner signs a Full Management contract with SwiftyStay for at least one (1) year.

The referral reward is calculated as follows:

• €100 per bedroom for villas

• €50 per bedroom for apartments
  (maximum reward €500 per property)

The payment will be made via bank transfer once the property management is activated. Payment is made either in one (1) installment or in three (3) equal installments within the first three (3) months of operation, depending on the agreement.

Referrers cannot recommend properties they fully or partially own, cohabit in, or where they or their immediate family members reside.

The reward is provided once per property and only to the first referrer.

SwiftyStay reserves the right to evaluate each property’s eligibility based on its location, condition, and commercial potential.

SwiftyStay may, at its discretion and for important reasons, modify or discontinue the program and its terms without prior notice.
